The Strategy

Our strategy was multifaceted, involving diverse pitch angles, product launches, media interviews, design awards monitoring, expert commentary, speaking opportunities, and relationship building. We aimed to establish Model No. as a go-to source for sustainable furnishings and position Phillip Raub as a design industry authority. This included connecting him with influential media figures and building lasting relationships with key design industry members.

The Results

In under a year, A Design Partnership achieved 91 placements in top national and regional media outlets, including Business of Home, California Home + Design, Design Milk, Dwell, and more. Beyond traditional media outreach, we also assisted with speaking engagements and events. This included securing a panel slot for Phillip at Business of Home's Future of Home Conference to discuss sustainable supply chains. Our team fostered partnerships, collaborating with Surface Magazine for The List and launching a licensed collection with interior designer Joshua Smith. We also identified and submitted for awards, resulting in wins at the Metropolis Planet Positive and House Beautiful Live Better Awards. Our team provided strong logistical support for December's Design Miami/Art Basel event. We coordinated with Surface for their Miami cocktail event and generated media coverage through strategic collaborations. This led to an editorial meeting with Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida's Editor-in-Chief and media placements in various publications.
